DEEP WATER DIRECTOR

NATHAN COOLEY

Nathan has helped people find healing sense 2008, he launched Deep Water Soul in 2018 with a passion to offer relief from Childhood Trauma. Childhood trauma can leave you feeling constantly on edge, overly responsible for others, or unsure how to rest without guilt, even when life is outwardly stable. It often shows up as anxiety, self-criticism, emotional numbness, or a sense that you have to earn love rather than simply receive it. Through gentle, trauma-informed and somatic care, sessions help your nervous system slow down, understand your triggers, and begin releasing patterns that once helped you survive but now hold you back. Nathan Cooley's passion is to work with individuals to rebuild trust in themselves, feel safe in their own body, and experience relationships—or life itself—from a place of freedom.
